About Benjamin Durham
Benjamin W. Durham, PA-C, received his certification as Radiologic Technologist from the Medical Center School of Radiology and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. He graduated cum laude from Physician Assistance (PA) School with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He went on to finish an orthopaedic preceptorship under orthopaedic surgeon, Norman L. Donati, Jr., MD, completing his clinical rotations at Upson Orthopaedics.
Physician Assistant Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Ben also holds certification in advanced cardiac life support and radiology. He is a member of the Georgia Academy of Physicians Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Ben treats a variety of orthopaedic conditions including osteoarthritis, fractures, nonoperative spine conditions, and sports injuries. He is first assist in surgery and surgical wound closure. Additionally, he performs bone health assessments, physical examinations, and provides therapeutic interventions, including wound care, injections, splinting, and casting. Ben (and his family) are longtime residents of the Thomaston, Georgia community.
