Did you know certain sleep positions can help to relieve back pain? First, always sleep on a firm mattress to help reduce your back discomfort. Then, try sleeping on your side, with a pillow between your knees and another pillow under your head for neck support. Or if you sleep on your back, place a pillow underneath your knees and lower back. Finally, if you prefer to sleep on your stomach, put a pillow under your hips for comfort.
